Does it really work?

What does PureCalm contain?

PureCalm is specially formulated for anxiety and is very effective and has been in use for over 10 years. PureCalm is 100% natural and combines the soothing and calming effects of Lavender, Lemon Balm and Passion Flower, all of which have been safely used for hundreds of years. There have been countless studies and research performed on these ingredients and you will easily locate them via a search engine such as Google.

* Lemon Balm is often used as a general nervous system restorative, digestive calmative and to reduce blood pressure. * Lavender is best known for its calming properties and as a tonic for the nervous system. * Passion Flower helps to calm and soothe and is also thought to reduce high blood pressure and nervous tremors.

All of these actions are natural, with no side effects, no drowsiness, no addiction and no withdrawal. No side effects have been reported by any of our customers.

What is the dosage?

Adults: Take 10 – 20 drops in a little water or juice three times daily, or only as needed when feelings of anxiety begin. PureCalm should start to work within 5 - 10 minutes.

If necessary, PureCalm can be taken together with MindSoothe for maximum effectiveness against anxiety and depression.

Children: Take 1 drop per year of age in a little water or juice three times daily, or only as needed. For example, a five year old would take five drops per dose.

How often can I take it?

You can take PureCalm only as needed; or, you can take it safely up to 3 or 4 times daily.

How quickly does it take effect?

PureCalm comes in a concentrated tincture formula that facilitates rapid absorption into the blood stream, resulting in almost instant relief, and making PureCalm one the most effective anti-anxiety remedies on the market. Because of its fast action, you should feel a calming effect within about 5 - 10 minutes.

How long does the effect last?

This depends on each person's physiological make up. Generally, each dose should last between 2 and 4 hours.

How long does a bottle last?

If taken 3 times daily, one bottle of PureCalm will last 30 days. A 90-day supply would be three bottles. Of course, if you take PureCalm only as-needed, less than 3 times daily, the bottle will last longer.

Is PureCalm habit forming?

PureCalm is 100% natural, safe, effective and is not habit forming. You can quite safely take PureCalm daily without fear of addiction. In fact, PureCalm is used by many of our customers to help them "wean" themselves off other addictive anti-anxiety medications!

Should I continue to take Xanax, Paxil, Valium etc?

You can quite safely continue to use those products. However, if you find PureCalm is working for you, you should consider slowly weaning yourself off those other products, since PureCalm is much safer, has no side effects and is non-addictive. If you feel safer doing so, consult your doctor to help you with a program to wean yourself off these products.

Does it have any contraindications?

No, there are no contraindications for PureCalm, and it is perfectly safe to take with other medications, including other anti-anxiety medications.

Can I take it if I have high blood pressure?

While we don't advocate PureCalm as a replacement for blood pressure medications, it is perfectly safe to take with them, and in fact contains ingredients that help to lower blood pressure!

Can I take it if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

For obvious reasons, PureCalm has not been tested in these circumstances and we cannot, therefore, recommend using it. However, our Kiddie Calmer, which is homeopathic, can be quite safely and effectively used by pregnant women or nursing mothers. However, if you are pregnant or nursing, our Triple Complex Nerve Tonic can quite safely be taken for effective control of anxiety and panic attacks!

Does PureCalm cure anxiety or panic attacks?

PureCalm is a remedy the very effectively treats the symptoms of anxiety or panic attacks. That is, if you feel anxious or the beginnings of an anxiety attack, taking PureCalm will help to to calm you for up to 4 hours per does. However, if you have regular attacks or feel anxious on a regular basis, you may have a chronic anxiety problem. In such cases, we recommend combining PureCalm with MindSoothe. Whereas PureCalm treats the symptoms, MindSoothe helps to cure the underlying problem, most commonly linked to low serotonin levels. MindSoothe helps to get the body to naturally increase your serotonin, thereby reducing anxiety and panic attacks.

What else should I take with PureCalm to cure my problem?

If you have regular attacks or feel anxious on a regular basis, you may have a chronic anxiety problem. In such cases, we recommend combining PureCalm with MindSoothe. MindSoothe helps to get the body to naturally increase your serotonin, thereby reducing anxiety and panic attacks.

Does PureCalm help Panic Attacks?

If you are having panic attacks, we strongly recommend using MindSoothe with PureCalm. MindSoothe helps to cure panic attacks, which are most commonly linked to low serotonin levels. MindSoothe helps to get the body to naturally increase your serotonin, thereby reducing anxiety and panic attacks.

Is PureCalm safe for Children?

PureCalm can quite safely be given to children and is easy to dispense to them since it comes in a liquid formula. However, if the child does not like liquids, an excellent alternative would be our child homeopathic remedy, Kiddie Calmer, which very effectively treats child anxiety.

Will it help me sleep?

While PureCalm is not specifically a sleep aid, sleeplessness is often caused by stress and a mind that cannot "switch off" at night. Taking a dose of PureCalm just before be time often helps with sleep problems. If you feel you need a sleep aid for regular use, consider using Serenite, which is a very effective aid for insomnia and sleep problems.

Will I gain weight if I take PureCalm?

No - while many anti-depressants and anti-anxiety medications can cause weight gain, PureCalm will have no negative effect on your weight.

Will PureCalm negatively impact my libido / sex drive?

PureCalm will have no negative effect on your sex drive.
